Consider withdrawing online services

<p>Sometime back, about a few weeks ago I had purchased cologne online thinking that if place the order online and when I get to the store closest to me, which I had given as a delivery point for that day, there I was told otherwise. The way I was dealt with after not being clearly notified that you wait to receive an SMS to pick up the parcel from the store. The manner my situation was handle and the way I was addressed as a costumer was appalling and disgusting in such a way that I will never use Clicks online service, I wouldn't recommend Clicks Pinetown, Pinecrest Centre, Durban to anyone. Management should really look into the individuals employed there attitudes and manner in which they give out costumer service. </p>
