Confused Manger

Clicks Southway Mall Rossburgh. On 2 occasions now I'm having a problem with the manager Nikita. At first I enquired about a parcel for pickup which was I the store but me as a customer was never informed. She had an excuse. Today I called in for baby formula S26 number 3. She makes me hold on the line for over 5mins only to come back and say "YES WE DO HAVE IT BUT ONLY NUMBER 1". Seriously does that make sense? Im lost for words
