Confidentiality & patronising behaviour

I frequent the new Store at Kyalami Corner on a regular basis and have always been impressed until this past Friday. I took a script to the Pharmacy side. I explained to put the script through Medical Aid as I am in my self payment gap to see how much Discovery would pay. Her attitude was unprofessional and her patronising behaviour stating that my Medical Aid was exhausted. I asked her to check that she had the right profile and proceeded to give out all my personal information for everyone to hear. I was so shocked at her behaviour that I left the store with my Script and so upset I didn't take down her name. This lady seriously needs in-service on Customer Care.
