I wanted to take the opportunity to say how impressed I was with Siyabulela Jaxa, he portrays excellent customer service and customer experience, from greeting when walking into the store, offering assistance even when he is packing items in the shelves, he would rather assist and get back to his work.

He greets, he says the magic words “please and thank you” He also portray leadership skills with his fellow employees by guiding them when in need. He’s a jovial person at the store. I’m a customer at 6th Avenue as he assists and a go to person and same at the pharmacy, my go to person is Tanya who is such a great help! I admire you all.

I continue to be impressed by the young fella Sibu, hoping to see him in leadership position one day soon. Goodluck to Sibu.
