COMPLIMENT FOR BRENDA YOYO CLICKS PINETOWN

Good Morning!

I trust you are all well on this Monday.

Today i would like to express the service i recieved from Brenda Yoyo at the Clicks Pinetown branch. I called around the kzn area for a tin of milk for my baby.

I already spent R800 before payday buying Nan and trying other brands and had no extra money to waste as my baby refused Nan and the the option which is big tins. He was hungry and sick with an ear infection so the Paed and myself were in abit of worry.

I called this store and spoke to Brenda,telling her my situation and whats happening, she made it her duty to go out of her way to call other branches and check for the Novalac milk i required.

She did this by hearing a mothers cry! She then kept me in the loop with stock. She calmed my soul. I am a grateful mother and will forever support clicks because of only Brenda! Her customer service rocks!

I now travel from Umhlanga to make use of the Clicks in Pinetown because of her!!!!❤️
