COMPLIMENT: Exceptional Service by Vincent (Manager, Carlton Centre)

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Vincent, the manager at Clicks Carlton Centre (JHB Central), for his exceptional service. I was on the verge of escalating my frustration to the Consumer Ombudsman and social media. The explanations I received from other staff and the customer center were incredibly frustrating, as they completely contradicted the discount offer I had received. Fortunately, Vincent’s proactive and professional intervention resolved the issue. He is a fantastic Manager who understands that resolving small concerns quickly prevents unnecessary brand damage. Clicks is lucky to have such capable management.
