COMPLIMENT

My card number ***, Since i came to the free state 1n 2018 December i have been shopping at Mimosa Clicks branch. This is the second compliment i am confidently writting about the store. Let me begin with the pharmacy, excellent personalities are working in that pharmacy right from the pharmacy manager Theron to Tshepang the PA. Friendly competent, welcoming an ethical. despite the queue and the the pressure that comes with customer community. I have been getting my prescription and over the counter meds from them not a single day i would leave the pharmacy with grievance. Today i went there again as usual from the my arrival i was warmly greeted and welcomed by a very polite young man his name is Juan........it is not the first time he does this nor the second. he is very dedicated and ethical front shop employee i have ever met. i was looking for hand sanitizers he made his efforts to the store room to ensure that i leave with what i came in for. i took my time watching him interact with other customers as well...what a beautiful soul he is. kind, gentle and exponentially professional. i then made my way to the pharmacy where i was welcomed and served by Chane. if i were to partake on an interview i would actually give details of my prescription as it was written, that's describing how audible, ethical she was to me explaining what meds i have been prescribed,how to take them, type of tablets and also when to start taking them. on the till point was gentle served by Vuyo who was amazing as well. I personally think the branch is an epitome of how to render customer services. I am happy happy happy
