Complaints not accepted

I attempted to contact the Managing Director. Blocked at Cape Town head office by Nicole Virgin. Her response is that I cannot be given access to this GOD and that all complaints have to go through Customer Service.. She assured me an official from this department would contact me. Surprise surprise - nobody responded.
