experience unexceptional service from a store manager at the clicks chatsworth store the manager was Dillon the promotion for the meal deal doesn't say anything about you can't take a slab or a bigger packet of chips which I took and I used to previously work at clicks and bought this deal all the time . He tell me this promotion is no longer . There wasn't anything that states on the promotion that you cant buy these items. He then tells me I'm an ex employee I should know how the company works . He speaks to me like that in front off all the other customers it has been a really unpleasant experience shopping at the store this manager need more customer service training. Also it doesn't mean I'm an ex employee im not a customer any more its upsetting to know that's the way you are spoken to by a manager of the store .
