Complaint turns to Compliment - Clicks - Impressive

I had a bad experience with Clicks in South Downs. I raided a complaint with Clicks Head office.

Wow! Clicks Head Office really responded with efficiency and professionalism to the complaint. I was even contacted by the Store Manager! Clicks it seems are serious about their customers and service in their stores! Thank you Clicks, I'll be back.
