Complaint regarding unprofessional treatment by Cornubia Mall Manager

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and distress following an incident at your Cornubia Mall store yesterday. The manager's behaviour was completely unacceptable, and I demand immediate attention to this matter.

I visited the store intending to purchase a facial product to address my skin concerns. A helpful female staff member assisted me, recommending a product. However, I decided not to make the purchase and inadvertently left the item near the till.

To my shock and humiliation, the manager publicly accused me of theft in front of staff, instructing security to detain me. This was done without any investigation or evidence. I was mortified and left the store in tears.

I find it appalling that a customer can be treated with such disrespect and false accusations. As a paying customer, I expect professionalism and respect from staff, especially management.

I request that you take immediate action against the manager and ensure that customers are treated with dignity.

I want major action to be taken, this is embarrassing and unacceptable!!!!!

I consider this incident defamation of character, and I hold Clicks responsible for the manager's actions. As a customer, I expect respect, professionalism, and protection from false accusations. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!
