COMPLAINT - POOR SERVICE

I purchased make up and black hair colour on Monday 30/09/2019. I decided to use the Black hair colour on my on Saturday - only to realise after 15minutes it turned my hair and scalp RED!!!

I phoned Clicks Cornubia and complained to the Manager Vuyo - who was not helpful.

I then went into the store and s****d him the Box hair colour that said Intense Black and my hair now RED. He was not helpful - he said his Area manager said Clicks cannot compensate me as it’s not their fault. I asked who is now responsible for my damaged hair and for me now to wait to reclolor etc - he said he cannot help me only give me a gift card for the amount that I spent to purchase it. I am now sitting with damaged red hair which I cannot colour black until this RED washes out.

This is emotional and embarrassing. That I purchased this from Clicks and not to receive any form of understanding!!!!
