COMPLAINT OF POOR SERVICE at Clicks Dainfern Square

Clicks Dainfern Square's phone number ***) is not working as I tried to contact them 18 times this afternoon between 15:06 and 16:23.

I tried ALL the different options as prompted and the phone either was hung up on me or there was no answer. The one time I did get someone to pick up she transferred me before I got to tell her what I needed.

What is the point of a customer line if there is no answer? Or no one willing to assist?

Am I expected to go to the store during this COVID-19 pandemic, when I could have quite simply have been assisted over the phone?

Dainfern Square Clicks is easily the worst service experience I've had and consistently so.

I'm really shocked that the phone was dropped numerously on me, as I tried to contact them. I am pretty sure if the calls can be investigated, you will agree with me that the service was below acceptable.

I would appreciate if this grievance could be addressed as soon as possible and I can receive the statement I require.

All I needed was a statement emailed of the script that my mother had collected on my behalf earlier on today.
