Complaint extra charge for item I do not have and took

Today I went to clicks atterbury and bought 3 essentials but when I got home checking my receipt I released I paid for 4 things... The guy at the till had to reverse my things cause I needed a plastic..

But what I dnt get is y charge for a lipstick that I never even took

I only have one that I initially bought smudge candy.. But I also charged for smudge magic which I don't even know the colour..

My till slip cashier name : says Bongani Like how do you charge for something that's not there
