Complaint clicks Mams Mall

Went to clicks mams mall for sparkling water 1.5l and when we got there the guy was packing the fridge and said he did not pack it yet but will do it and we agreed to come back later me and my friend, so in the meantime we decided to take the 500mls of which the price we saw there was only still water R5.99 when we got to the till the water scanned R6.49 we asked the lady about the price and she called management Nicolas Dlamini he said the price of sparkling water was not there and he will not change it to R5.99 because he did not do it and we need to stop crying as the price we saw was of still water, he then gave us the slip that had the numbers to call for us to complain. The attitude and the manner he spoke to us was too belittling and very rude, so I took the slip and called spoke to Mishka who assisted me and gave the reference number 603456
