Complaint bad customer service

I want to share my experience with a person who was assisting me by the name of letlotlo mpeete letloltlo at clicks zeerust refused to give me medication saying that i was not sick and i was taking the medication for someone else regardless im not sick its none of his business weather i am sick or not i am the customer if i need assistance he has to assist me cause its part of his job i work with customers and i know my role as a customer care assistant he does not have any right to tell me im not sick and the medication was not for me cause he does not know how do i get the medical aid paid either im the holder or not im not happy with the service i got from him he was rude and telling me has has being trained professionally for his role and knows when a person is lying clicks please deal with such behavior cause it will chase away your customers that was plain rude and unprofessional!!!!!
