Complaint

I bought an electric (SAFEWAY) I couldn't use it because it was tripping the electricity, i took it back to their store in town center the following day but they refused to exchange or refund me, they said there's nothing wrong with the blanket and that it's not tripping their electricity. I left it there coz they said they will take it back to thier warehouse to test it. I have been waiting since then and I even bought another one from a different shop. I want clicks to refund me because I'm tired of waiting
