Complaint against Dino Wessels, the store manager of Click in Charlesville Cape Town

I would like to complain about Clicks in Charlesville in Cape Town. I had to pick up medication there today and there was only 1 Pharmacist and no other assistance to assist with a queue of 20 people. I called the store manager Dino Wessels hoping he could assist but instead he said 'there cannot only be 1 person assisting' and then disappeared. I saw him walking through the store but not attending to my request. I was utterly insulted by the fact that he blatantly ignore me and went on his merry way. Let's not forgot we are busy fighting a virus and he is not caring at all. He actually took me and the people in the queue for a fool.
