Complaint

The manager (Sbongile) was very rude and unprofessional, she didn't greet me, she just asked "how can I help you" with a straight face as I was walking to her, she also said that I should check if the ticket matches the product before I attempt to pay at the till as the promotion didn't go off then she walked away showing no interest.

I do all my baby's shopping at the Meadow point Clicks and I'd really appreciate it if the staff can be reminded how important customer services is
