Complaint

Went to clicks at kempton square to buy painkillers after removing my tooth,upon my arrival,I found a long queue at their pharmacy department,I sat there for 10 minutes,I then decided to enquire at the pay station cause there was no one who was assisting us,I was advised that the person responsible for the keys is not available and I must wait for their contingency plan which Will be in an hour's time,how pathetic guys, I'm in pain and cannot wait for an hour, disappointed customer
