COMPLAINT

On 12 April 2025 I wrote a complaint about a product I bought at clicks, after so much run arounds I was reimbursed by form of crediting my club card, immediately this was done I went ahead and bought the same product, so I assume this was between 12-15 April 2025, so the same product died again and I’ve been so lazy to write a complaint again, I feel like it’s worthless. Why don’t you just discontinue products like this because I’m definitely sure that I am not the only person that is returning them or complaining about them.
