Complaint

I was just at Kenilworth center Clicks pharmacy, and assisted by a pharmacist who was so rude to me as if she was looking at something discussing. I felt like I was a dirty animal the way she went on and on shouting as if she was talking to her small child, I've never felt so small and embarrassed in my life being shouted by another woman at the age. I am sick and tired being treated like this in Cape Town because of the way i look and now I came to wonder if I looked different she would treat me the same way. She did not help me at all I even asked for panado you could have seen the way she told me it was in the shelves.. I actually ended up taking two meds instead of asking for everything I came for.. besides being not helpful I did not appreciate the way I was treated by this Sajida lady.. this is so sad in this day in life to have people at customer care who treat other people the way she did ans especially if she's working with possible unwell people.. and the way no one cares these days I don't even think this complaint will do me any justice. I regretted setting my foot there. First of all she refused to assist me without my id and that's the first time someone ever asked an id before then which I told her then she said they need an id if I don't have club card. Which is strange as I never used a club card before.. and she ended up assisting even though I had neither, so again I'm wondering what was it all about.. or maybe no one trust people that looks like me , Clicks pharmacy can figure out what I mean . This is absurd behavior.. I am so angry and disappointed.. we really don't need such people in our community, but then again they think we don't belong. So what can I say or do.
