Good day, My Name Is Busani Mphaga Club Card Number ********** 869095. I went to Clicks in Alexandra on Wednesday at the pharmacy as I needed medication for my daughter. I was assisted by a lovely pharmacist and her Surname is Marishane whom was very nice, polite and had good customer service. She advise me that they don't have my medicatin in stock and she will have to order and I have to come back on Friday to collect. The problem came when my sister and mother went to collect the medication on Saturday for me. My sister was assisted by some rude, unprofessional staff and who had a shocking customer service. When my sister approached her she searched for my daughter's name on her computer and just told her the medicine has been dispensed and the person who did it is on lunch. When my sister wanted to ask her a question she started to attack her telling my sister that she is rude and didn't want to hear anything from my sister. She kept on screaming and yelling that "you are rude" and "don't be rude", "don't be rude" and making a scene. She also mention that ever since she worked there people are rude toward her and had to take her anger out of my sister which wasn't fair. My sister is a very professional, quite person and she works as an HR consultant and clearly she knows how to deal with people like her. I don't know why your pharmacist was behaving like that. My sister had to apologised to her for something she didn't do just to keep things cool. The respect from your stuff was shocking and I know you do training. I want this to be dealt with as I will be using this store to get medication for my daughter and I would not want this to happen to anyone else too. You really don't want to lose loyal customer with just one rotten potato. I would like this issue to be dealt with accordingly as she bul**** my sister. So disappointed
