Complaint

I have never been more embarrassed by your staff Beauty Nkosi. I was shopping at your Clicks blackheath store and because my basket was heavy I put it down in the corner so it was out of other customers way, I even requested help from other staff for products which I added to the basket that was on the floor. I was accused while in the shop of shoplifting, and was promptly surrounded by staff, Beauty was yelling at me and telling staff to call security. My bag was emptied and my persons searched & nothing was found. I was questioned about why my shopping basket was on the floor, to which my response was because it was getting heavy, but I was adding to it. Security escorted out the store and they apologised to me profusely, as procedure is when you suspect anyone of *****ing you are to wait until they are exiting the store to catch them. I am traumatised, and will be suing. Longolonda Security - Steven was such a help and calmed me down. He was very sorry and in his statement in his report book he stated that Beauty embarrassed me. As a long time customer of Clicks, I will not let this go, I will take it further. You WILL be hearing from my lawyer. I will expect an apology from Beauty. Oh and beauty found a waterless handcleaner in my bag which to them LOOKED new, but I stated I bought it a couple weeks ago at the same store, Beauty wanted the slip which I didn't have, so they checked my card and it was said its not showing on the card, I had to fight with them to get my product back because I KNOW I paid for it! I'm no shoplifter!
