complaint

i went to Clicks pharmacy in Midrand (boulders shopping centre) on the 19th May 2019 and I wanted to buy medication using medical aid card, the lady that assisted me said the medical aid is rejecting and il have to pay cash and I Paid Cash. on Monday when I got to work I received an email from the medical aid saying claim for clicks was processed and will be paid in 3 days. I went to the clicks pharmacy in Newtown and they said they cannot assist I need to go back to Midrand. Medical aid paid on the 23rd May and I did print out of proof and I went back to Midrand on sunday the 26th May, the guy I spoke to said he can see that the medical aid paid on the system so now he need to speak to his manager I must wait. I had to wait for him for about 10 minutes and when he came back he said his manager said they need to speak to the medical aid and they will call me back on Monday the 27th. on Monday I got a missed call and I called back around 03:55pm and the lady that answered the phone said the person that called me is on lunch she will call me back when she comes back. I waited and waited until today. when I call the number it rings and when they pick up they drop the phone. I want them to reverse my money because I cannot pay twice for one thing.
