Complaint

I went to clicks jabulani mall for my prescription, I never felt so undermined in that manner, the lady called Nompumelelo Mahlaba was assisting me but since I knew she was going to take long in preparing my medication I asked her to kindly give me a slip for levy so that I go pay in the meantime whilst she's preparing and she said she was coming I waited for her for more than 15 minutes, when I asked her why she did that she just looked at me and said sorry. Wooow that service for the whole pharmacist it's just disappointing, make me wonder why are we getting this kind of service I spoke to the manager at she apologized on her behalf
