Complaint

I ordered via clicks online on the 10th May 2023 a tin of nido baby formula. I was told that it would take 2-3 working days to receive my order from the store. It's now been 5 working days and I called customer service and no one can tell me where my order is. They advised it will be escalated but the turn around time is 42 hours. In the mean time I have been put out of pocket as I had to purchase 2 packs to carry me through while I wait for my order. This is absolutely unacceptable.
