Complaining about the service

Morning. I am so much disappointed with clicks KwaggaFontein @ Mpumalanga. They denied me access to medication, on Saturday I sent my boyfriend to buy me meds and they said they need a doctors note, Monday I went to see a doctor and he gave me a note and when I went to clicks they said they don’t have the meds, the same meds that they said they want a note for. The lady went on and said we customers like to bring **** notes that’s the reason why they no longer order the meds, but on Saturday they said they want the doctors note. I am so much disappointed because I needed that meds and I still do. The lady who was assisting me was Lerato Mashapho from Pharmacy clicks at KwaggaFontein Mall Mpumalanga.
