Complain

Hi There On the 6 May 2024 I submitted my scrip online, for whatever reason I didn't get any SMS to confirm that it's ready for collection. Then I decided to go to Clicks in Kloof Village Mall (KZN) on the 6 May 2024. round about 17h30 to go in store to redo the whole thing, I was helped by the Pharmacist manager at that time, she told me someone has claimed for whatever I needed well I told her what happened she checked and yes my medication was ready but half ready, one medication wasn't charged, then she decided to whatever she did to add the medication that was left out. I want to find out that how come my 3 bottles of medication can come to and amount of R667.92, All I need is the run down of how much each medication costed, because I feel I was double charged for some medication that wasn't given to me
