Complain

My Mother visited clicks@ Westgate on a sartuday flagged @the door and she was reffered to management.She was disrespected by the Manager By the name of Gift and his staff, 2Sibusiso & Cindy of Clicks accusing her of *****ing and she only went to clicks because she is FNB Premier Client who is a Senior and the bank encourages seniors to shop @clicks And Sibusiso asked my mother why is the medication not finished as she said she has them for two months as if Sibusiso is my mothers Dr so he said He works with those tablets he knows they supposed to be finished by now .when called by his manager he stood there and told the manager he is wasting his time and when he came in he Said Yha and left the Manager while they where still talking with Him.Cindy took my mothers Bag and said she must even take out her car keys as if clicks is selling keys.What pathetic treatment is this Clicks ????? The Manager refused with the contact of his Regional Manager.
