Complain Against bad treatment.

I was badly treated by a young lady with orange color hair at the chemist. I am a pensioner on chronic medication. I was called by nature while I was queueing for tablets. When I returned from the toilet I went to the lady and told her my number was called while I was outside. She was serving ticket no. S117 and my ticket was S115. She promised to serve me after the customer she was serving. She asked me to take a sit which I did. To my surprise she served other five customers while I remain sitted. I went to the next despenser who promised to serve me next but he disappeared into until I went and called a manager. The manager assisted me and I was served. My point is that because I am black and a pensioner I dont deserve to be treated with respect. I am very disappointed because I thought that this issue was addressed some time back and Clicks undertook that they will respect people properly. I am disappointed with Clicks stores Lemon Tree.
