I'm writing this message with a heart broken 💔

Yesterday on the 18th of JANUARY 2023, I went to clicks store in phuthaditjha qwaqwa Maluti Crescent Mall. When I entered the store I was holding my two shopping plastics from Game which contained Food for my 9months old daughter which was costing about R700 including the baby formula.. I showed the security at clicks store at the door then he told me to put those plastics at the back of the door as there was another parcel which was inside the trollies next to him. I closed my plastics and put it there where he showed me and went inside the store. To my surprise after paying and coming back to collect my parcel the security guy was no longer there and I only see 1 plastic I don't see the other one, I asked the lady that is working there then she called the security guy. The security guy said he went to lunch and left the other guy that is working there at clicks who is part of management to wait at the door and have a look at those parcels. He called the guy and the guy seems clue less he did not see what happened as he was no longer there at the door by that time. I waited about 20 minutes then the security guy went to talk to the manager of the clicks store the manager called us and asked but me to explain what happened I told her the whole story then she asked me why didn't I get inside the shop with my parcel, I told her I can't just get inside the shop with the things that I know very well that they are being sold at the store hence I showed the security guy my plastics and he instructed me to put them there, so I did that under the security guy's authority as I was thinking that he is doing his job and i also saw another parcel that was left there with him.

So the manager told me that she can not take any decision now as she has to call her area manager who is attending a workshop and is not available on that time the only time that she can speak to the manager is around 5 to 6, so she requested me to leave my contact number she'll will call me after taking to the manager, I told her that but the problem is those are the basic needs for my child and her formula is furnished what I'm I going to give her while I'm still waiting because I don't have any extra cash to buy another food for her, she never helped me and I decided to leave. I waited and waited for the call yesterday late and she never called me even today it's 10:00 now she hasn't called me.
