Complain about short online order from Clicks southgate mall

I purchased online with my colleagues and asked for my staff to be delivered at clicks southgate mall 10 days ago. I got an email that says my staff has been delivered and I can go to Southgate mall for collection. When I got there I was assisted by a lady who goes by the name of Fikiswa. She was very rude and not willing to help us. But finally gave us our orders, with out signing anything they said we can live the store with the orders. My colleague insisted that we must check the boxes if everything is there before we live the store because the boxes were very light in weight. We checked our parcels only to find out that the order was short with 3 items. Only 1 item was kn the boxes. We decided to live the box at the store. And we were told that our parcel we be delivered soon we must call customer care and report the matter because on their side there is nothing they can help us with as they do not have any communication with people who deliver online orders. Even today we haven't received our orders a d we haven't heard from clicks and we paid full amount. I'm very dissappointed with clicks.
