Complain about Himalaya product..

On 23 June 2003, I bought a Himalaya Youth Eternity cream at Clicks. I used it for 1 day I was not happy as I developed a rash. I phoned them on 26 June and send an email to them to complain about it. I was told that they will do invistigations. Today is the 5 July I'm still waiting for them.

I'm still waiting for this company to contact me, all I want I a refund not sure why they taking long. I only use the product once and I had a rash.
