Complain about Clicks Store
I bought from clicks online, they took money from my account but did not process the order. I went and laid a complain they asked for proof of payment which is my bank statement and an sms notification from the bank.i gave it to them but still it was no use cause they told me that there's nothing they can do they did not receive my payment,how? I don't know. The sad thing is the consultant was very rude and arrogant and pleased that I won't get my money back

I have given them proof of payment but still they told me straight with arrogance that there's nothing they can do
