Dear sir or Madam

Poor service at cosmetic department whilst making enquires about product .your employee was more interested in her conversation with her colleague then assisting me i caused me to leave the store and do my purchase elswhere . I manage to gate the name of the beuty advisor by Lindiwe Magasela she very rude not deserve to work with customer I don't know why u keep such as this staff.
