Complain

in November i went to buy a gift card for Christmas gifts exchange i went in and bought a gift card not knowing that if you a gift cards that they have differs you cannot buy to any clicks shop i tried to use it and i was told i can only use it at body shop. i went back to the shop now to ask for a refund and i was told that is not their problem that i didn't check the card they cannot give me refund i need to go to body shop and use that gift card.. i believe that the should have someone to explain the difference between the gifts cards they have.. i told them that I DON'T WANT TO USE THE GIFT CARD THEY MUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK IT IS MY MONEY.. the place i bought the gift card is clicks sunny park Pretoria
