I wanted to bring to your attention a concern I’ve been hesitant to raise but feel it’s necessary to address. One of your employees Phooka Maloka at Clicks in Heathway Centre (working in a pharmacy )repeatedly displayed rude and unprofessional behaviour.

During my one of my visits, I had several questions about the medication was buying , and rather than assisting me, the employee in question refused to serve me and asked another colleague to take over, saying he didn’t want to speak to me. This is not the first instance, as others have also expressed concerns about his attitude.

Given that many customers rely on your store for chronic medications, it’s essential that your staff be empathetic and accommodating to all customers. The lack of professionalism and courtesy is concerning, especially for individuals who may already be dealing with health challenges.

I kindly ask that you address this issue to ensure that all customers receive the respectful and helpful service they deserve.
