complain

I am very disgusted by the service i received at clicks Thabong in Sebokeng, i was assisted by a guy by the name of itumeleng the attitude was soooo unbelievable bt that's the complain for another day. so i took 3 items and went to pay, he decided to scan only 2 items and when the security asked what happened he told her that i only gave him only 2 item. i would like for the store to check the footage for that '2 minutes" i was at the till. itumeleng is rude and doesn't deserve to be called a customer services agent.
