Complain

I'd like to lay a complain about Clicks Trade Route Mall. I bought comfort fabric conditioner a month ago and happen to take the ones which were not on promotion so the cashier showed me which ones where on promotion they had to do a refund and they did that send the money back to the debit card .Now I know that money reflects about two to four working days and i waited the money did not reflect it a week's time I went to the store told them that the money hasn't reflected the lady who assisted me make a copy of my slip, took my cellphone numbers and told me she will give me a call and nothing I waited for about two weeks and went back to the store I was told the lady who assisted me the other day hasn't reported to work but she is working on the matter. Another week went by I went there again met another lady she said she'll personally deal with the matter, she took the original slip and said she'll give me a call and ive been waiting. Now this happened on the 28th of September how long should i wait to get my refund.
