Committing *****

<p>On 5 August 2016 I got an email from my medical aid stating that Clicks Pharmacy Balfour Park claimed R444.99 from my medical aid for "healthservice" provided on 1 August 2016. I did not make a purchase from Clicks on 1 August 2016. I purchased items on 18 July 2016 which were paid for by my medical aid in full. I have had this issue with Clicks numerous times before, where they have claimed from my medical aid for purchases I had not made, and I have brought this to Clicks' attention once before.</p> <p> </p> <p>I lodged a complaint on Monday morning and I am still awaiting a response.</p> <p> </p> <p>I strongly suggest Clicks Balfour Park get their ducks in a row and stop claiming from my medical aid as they please, as I will report this to my medical aid as *****.</p>
