**** Colognes from Clicks Walmerpark

Today, I returned two colognes to Walmerpark Clicks, which I bought on Black Friday. They are flat, no frangrance smell, nothing. I tried both on different days seeing that the 1st one didn't work.

Jaco Wolmarans, who reluctantly helped me, claimed to have consulted the beauty section supervisor and the other floor manager told me that since I opened the colognes, they can take them back and refund me. Imagine!

Now, realistically, I asked him, how would I have known?
