Collection of a free sim card

Totally disgusted at the staff at Clicks Rylands Village. I called before asking my going to check if they have stock of the (Free) Rain sim cards. And they have stock. I also asked is it necessary to stand in a line to collect a free sim card. And they said no just ask at the door for the sim card. So I sent my husband (essential work) to collect it They were so rude refused to even look at his legit paper work just to fetch something that is free at the counter.
