Colgate 360 Toothbrush

I bought this toothbrush at N1 City branch towards the end of December. I used it for about 3 weeks when it just stopped working. I had not kept the receipt so now they wont swap the toothbrush for me. I just think it was such a waste of my very hard earned money. Something I would never have the funds to buy one and I used my bonus to get it. I feel so done in and disappointed. The staff just don't care and just stared at me when I told them that they could check my daughters Club Card as I had used it.
