Clueless Staff

On Saturday I visited your Greenstone branch only to buy shampoo and conditioner. 1 of the brands John Frieda was on special. Any conditioner or shampoo for a special price of about R95. 00. At the till however the cashier charged me R115 each. I told the cashier it was the wrong price. He then went to the shelf and came back telling me I'm wrong. I told him I know what I saw and went with him. On the shelf there is a number of bright yellow stickers stating the sale price of shampoos and conditioners without even reading it the cashier then tells me I'm wrong. It is THAT specific item which is not even a shampoo or conditioner, is on special. The sale sign is on all the shelves because there are different varients of the product. I then started to get really angry because it is obvious that your staff can't read or doesn't even know what is a shampoo or have common sense. To make things worse he then called another shop attendant to ask if the product is on sale. She agreed it was. Upon going to the till my boyfriend asked the cashier what the problem was to which the cashier then **** and said the tag was in the wrong place when in actual fact he did not read or just had no common sense or is just employed to waste time and is not grateful to have a job where people who actually care, are jobless. At this point I was really angry because your cashier wasted my time because he was lazy, did not apologise and basically tried to portray me as an idiot. The fact that it was the first time I had been there and I know more about what's going on than your staff is shocking!!!
