Clueless staff

Called clicks clinic to set up an appointment for an HIV test for Saturday morning at 9am and enquired about the charge . I was advised that it's R80.00 so then I decided to book for my partner as well so then I was told he must book for himself . I get there on Saturday and I ask 1 of the helpers at the pharmacy and I'm told that the clinic doesn't open on Saturdays . So I show them the sms to confirm my appointment and the other helper says she is not sure if the nurse is coming in . I wait for the nurse and she decides to come in 15 min late and I tell her that I have an appointment . She confirms that she was not aware of the appointment and she advises that the charge is R160.00 not the R80.00 that I was told about. So clicks has proved that there's no communication was so ever in regards to their staff knowing about their products AND THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME . Bear in mind that my partner was with me so we had to pay R320.00 for Bad service .Thanks Clicks
