Clubpoints

I’m not realy fixated on these club card point things….but for the past 2 months or so I started paying attention, registred an online account so I can be able to log in and monitor…..and to my surprise I’ve noticed that the points I was supposed to obtain from Engen are not going through….I spemd almost a R1000 a week on petrol at Engen….that is for during the week, Monday to Friday, if I’m gonna run errands on weekends I’ll probably top up my fuel by R300-400 for the weekend tyen Monday R1000 again, my question is what happened to all those points?? Is this whole points thing a ****?? I seldom use other filling stations I predominantly fill up at Engen it’s the closest one to me, however for the past 2 momths I’ve used Engen exclusively…and my club card was presented everytime….for during the week I can say it’s +-R9000 for the 2 months and for weekends I’d say+-2*** that’s a whole lot of points for me to only have 54 points accumulated for Engen
