CLUBCARD VOUCHERS ARE A JOKE
I tried to use my clubcard vouchers which were delayed in the post due to the postal strike 2 weeks ago at Chilli Lane in Sunninghill-now amounting to R400 -they have not expired. They said the system wasn't taking it so I had to come back during office hours (it was a Sunday).I have now been to Bedford village Clicks during working hours where I have been told all your club card systems are down as you are making the vouchers electronic and come back tomorrow. I WORK ALL DAY.I do not have time to keep going back to your stores until you manage to sort things out-I am sick of going back to sort it out, standing in ridiculous queues to get my medicine -WHICH I PRE-ORDERED and was never done, and standing in a queue just to get a S2 item for 30 minutes. Atrocious service and I will be taking my chronic script elsewhere. If you do not get back to me about my vouchers I will reporting this to the omnibudsman, Graeme Leon, Craig Small and David Kneale,
