Clubcard points not been paid out.

<p>I have a clubcard and when I go onto your website to check my balance I am informed that I have R44.80 which will be paid out on 23 March 2017. Yet when I go to the store I do not have any rewards due.. I queried it with your call-centre and I am informed that the payouts are only been done on another day.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can you get your systems synched properly where the actual details reflected on your website are the same as what it actually is.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please don't post a standard reply thanking for bring it to your attention or phone me and try explain things. JUST fix the problem so that when a customer logs in they can see their actual points due and the due date even if it's a day old. It is better than your current useless system you have now.</p>
