Clubcard issues

Hello Clicks It seems to be us again.

It seems there is a problem with my club card and had I not gone to the pharmacy yesterday for a prescription I would have not known. Thank goodness to the Pharmacist who checked and double checked the details with me. Outstanding service from her. So to my complaint, i found out that my loyalty card is some how linked to a person which is not me and stays in Port Alfred or Port Shepstone or some Port. The details when scanned says Raeesa Mohamet with the birth year of 91 and just like magic all my details are off the system. To me this is just down right unacceptable and ********** because now my cash backs are going to someone else. The card number: *** and it is with me. I have never travelled to any "Port" or stayed there.
